Linda J. Smith
Linda J. (Frey) Smith, 43, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Monday, Feb. 24, 2003, in the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was born June 1, 1959, in Uniontown, Pa., a daughter of Ruth (Raymond)Frey and the late Torrence Frey. Her father preceded her in death.
She was a member of Bible Baptist Church, and was a homemaker. Linda loved her family, especially her grandchildren, very much.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by three children, Nancy Smith, Gary Smith and Keith Smith, all of Uniontown; two grandchildren, Adam Piwowar and Nathan Smith; three sisters, Debbie Fike of Markleysburg, Pa., Doreen Frey of Fairchance, Pa., and Cassandra Patterson of Uniontown, Pa.; seven brothers, Randal Frey, Larry Frey, Gary Frey, Keith Frey, Kerry Frey, Armand Frey, all of Uniontown, and Duran Frey of Markleysburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 139 West Fayette St., Uniontown, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Friday, Feb. 28, 2003, until 11 a.m., the hour of service, in the funeral home, with Pastor Redick offciating. Interment will follow in the Walnut Hill Cemetery, Uniontown.
