Dorothy A.(Pensock) Zorichak
Dorothy A. (Pensock) Zorichak, 77, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away peacefully, Monday, February 24, 2003 in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on May 17, 1925 a daughter of John Pensock and Agnes (Kozear) Pensock.
Dorothy was a life member of St. Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown. She was a member and Past President of St. Mary Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Rosary Altar Society of St. Mary (Nativity) Church.
She was a kind and devoted Mother and Grandmother who loved her family very much. Her loving spirit will be very much missed and held dear in our hearts!
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel J. Zorichak in 1986, three brothers, William, Albert and John Pensock, and her parents..
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Ronald Zorichak and wife, Terry, Samuel J. Zorichak Jr., and Maureen M. Zorichak, all of Uniontown; two grandchildren: Roxann Fetty and husband, Dave, of Ohio and Michelle Zorichak of Uniontown; and one sister, Marie Hrics of Uniontown.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOMES INC., A Dignity Memorial Provider, 139 West Fayette Street, Uniontown, Pa., today until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in St. Mary (Nativity) Church, North Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, with Rev. Fr. Micah E. Kozoil as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Uniontown.
Visitation was also held on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
The Rosary Society recited the Rosary in the Funeral Home on Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
