Steve F. Horka, age 74, of Brownsville, Pa., died Wednesday, February 26, 2003 in Brownsville General Hospital. He was born on September 11, 1928 in Brownsville, Pa., son of Frank Horka and Mary Trusek Horka.

A sister, Helen Horka, brother, John Horka, and parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by a brother, Frank Horka and his wife Rose, Brownsville, Pa.; and two nephews: Frank Horka and his wife Connie, Brownsville, Pa., and Steven Horka, New York City, New York.

Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 6 to 8 p.m. where a Prayer Service will be held Saturday, March 1, at 9:30 a.m.

A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Brownsville, with Rev. Fr. Vincent Gigliotti as Celebrant.

Private interment will follow.
