Trial opens Assault trial begins

34-year-old in court

A 34-year-old man went to trial Monday for allegedly sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl at a Snyder Terrace residence in South Union Township.

State police charged Cary Lee Davis of 355 Cleveland Avenue, Uniontown with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors for allegedly assaulting the teen last Aug. 10.

The trial will continue today before Judge Gerald R. Solomon.
