Daniel Bryan Treacher
Daniel Bryan Treacher, 56, of Mill Run, Pa., died unexpectedly Saturday, January 4, 2003 at his home. He was born December 25, 1946 in Mill Run, Pa., son of Howard Treacher and Inez Scarlett Treacher.
Daniel graduated from the former South Union High School, Uniontown, with the Class of 1964.
Prior to his retirement in 1999 he worked as a Materials manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for 33 years.
He was a member of Springfield Township volunteer Hose Company and coached Mill Run Instructional League Baseball for many years.
Daniel was a member of Hampton Church of God in Mill Run.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Pamela K. Miner Treacher; his two daughters: Julie Renee Treacher and Krista Thompson and her fiance, Jeffrey Scott, all of Mill Run; his two sons: Daniel B. Treacher II and wife, Jennifer, of Champion, Pa., and Shane E. Treacher and wife, Margaret, of Mill Run; his grandchildren: Ashlee Thompson, Martin Thompson, Daniel Treacher II, Taylor Treacher, Bryan Treacher and Alexandria Treacher; a sister, Constance Bittner and her husband, Charles, of Mill Run; and a brother, Kenneth Treacher and his wife, Janet, of Hopwood, Pa.
Family and Friends will be received in the CLYDE BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., Route 711, Melcroft, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 7, at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Ritenour officiating.
Committal Service and interment will follow in Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery, Mill Run.
