DiNunno-Shimko
Denise Shimko became the bride of John DiNunno in a ceremony celebrated Dec. 7 at the Church of the Inner Court, Mount Braddock. The Rev. Moe Moreland officiated the service.
The bride is the daughter of Harriet and Larry Georgiana of Uniontown, The bridegroom is the son of Ethel DiNunno of Uniontown and Frank DiNunno Sr., also of Uniontown.
The bride was given in marriage by her step-father, Larry Georgiana.
Maid of honor was Marilyn Georgiana, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Victoria Ficara, daughter of the bride, and Justine DiNunno, daughter of the bridegroom. Avary Arnold was flower girl.
Best man was Jeff DiNunno, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Ronald Shimko Jr., brother of the bride and John DiNnno Jr., son of the bridegroom.
A reception was held at the Central Christian Church.
The bride is a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and Penn State University. She is a registered nurse at West Virginia University Hospital.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and is a CADD technician at K2 Engineering Inc.
The couple is residing in Uniontown.
