Betty L. Clayton, 79, of Greensboro R.D., Pa., died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003, at her home. Surviving are her six daughters, Mrs. Bud (Marsha) Presock of Greensboro, with whom she made her home, Georgia Norris of Charlestown, W.Va., Jean Kovalcheck of Carmichaels, Pa., Margaret “Maggie” Williams of Baltimore, Md., Linda Hall of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mary Clayton of Ohio; three sons, Harry L. Clayton of Fawn Grove, Pa., Jack Clayton of Essex, Md., and Donald Ray Clayton of Catoosa, Okla.; 20 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren; a stepbrother, Richard Oliver of Baltimore; and two stepsisters, Lorraine Smith of Elkton, Va., and Evelyn Berkheimer of Baltimore.
Friends will be received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p .m., and on Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of service.
