Winter on top of the mountain
The towering cross at the Jumonville Training Center, east of Uniontown, is framed by snow-covered pine trees after a snowstorm earlier this week. Despite Thursday’s spring-like temperatures, winter will return today. It will be colder with snow showers and a high of 28. The mercury will plunge into the teens overnight.
