Barnes-Deli
Mark and Debra Barnes of Barton Hollow Road, Smithfield, announce the engagement of their daughter, Desiree Angeline Barnes of Center Avenue, Pittsburgh, to Robert Paul Deli of Steuben Street, Pittsburgh. The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Albert Gallatin Senior High School and a 2001 graduate from Bethany College with a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish. She earned a master of arts degree in teaching in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh.
She is a Spanish teacher with the Fox Chapel Area School District and is also adjunct professor of foreign languages at Bethany College.
Her fiance is the son of Steve and Cheryl Deli of 16 Christy Drive, Uniontown.
A 1990 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School, he also graduated in 1994 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in finance and accounting. He is employed by LSI in Moon Township as the vice president of finance and client implementation.
A wedding for July 5 is planned.
