Eleanor J. Vickers Johnson, 91, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, January 10, 2003 in Beverly Health Care, Uniontown. She was born October 25, 1911 in Brownsville, Pa., daughter of George and Rebecca Vickers.

She was a member of McClellandtown Presbyterian Church, Margaret E. Caven Shrine No. 42, and Uniontown Chapter No. 263 Order of the Eastern Star.

Her husband, Paul Johnson, a son, Sam Johnson, a sister, Isabella Moorehouse, a brother, Frank Vickers, and parents preceded her in death.

She is survived by three daughters and a son: Sara Jean “Sis” Reckus and her husband, Jack, and Frank Johnson and his wife, Marlene, all of Uniontown, Pa., Joyce Dranbauer and her husband, Dave, of Baltimore, Maryland, and Kathy Cohen of Uniontown; 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, January 13, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rev. Keith Conover officiating.

Interment will follow in Acklin Cemetery, Hopewell Road, Brownsville, Pa.
