John William Russell IV
John William Russell IV, 46, of Midlothian, Virginia, died Friday, January 10, 2003 at home. Born February 22, 1956 in Grafton, West Virginia, he was the son of John William Russell III and Esther Jewell Russell.
John was a Veteran of the United States Army and a Police Officer at the University of Richmond.
He was a member of Blue Knights Chapter VA III, Fraternal Order of Police.
He is survived by his mother, Esther Jewell Russell of Kissimmee, Florida; his wife, Diane Russell; children: Alex William Russell and Erin Elaine Russell both at home; his twin brother, Frank Russell of Uniontown, Pa.; half brother, Marty Russell of Connellsville, Pa.; three sisters: Cindy Flemming of Flemmington, West Virginia, Diana Dean and Debbie Mahaffey both of Grafton, West Virginia; and two step-sisters.
The Family will receive Friends at the BARTLETT FUNERAL HOME, 202 McGraw Avenue, Grafton, West Virginia, on Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, January 15, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Sarah Lee-Faulkner officiating.
Burial will follow in West Virginia National Cemetery, Pruntytown, West Virginia.
