Stacey Ann Redshaw and Eric Michael Dolfi have recently become engaged. The bride-elect is the daughter of James and Betty Fleming of Bitner and the late John Melvin Redshaw, and the granddaughter of Ralph and Sara Grubbs of Smock.

Her fiance is the son of Donna Dolfi of Uniontown and the late Thomas Michael Dolfi and the grandson of Merico and Theresa Dolfi of Webster and Thomas and Elsie Horan of Belle Vernon.

Stacey is a graduate of Uniontown Area High School and attained an associate degree in business administration from Penn State University Fayette Campus. He is a graduate of Uniontown Area High School and attended Waynesburg College.

They both are studying at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and are employed with the Thomas M. Dolfi Funeral Home, Uniontown.

A wedding is planned for April 24, 2004.
