Christine J. Ankney Koonse
Christine J. Ankney Koonse, 66, of Brookline, Pittsburgh, Pa., who was born in Richeyville, Pa., and had worked for Bell Atlantic Telephone for over 36 years before retiring in 1992, died Sunday, January 12, 2003 at 9:55 a.m. in her home. Surviving are two brothers: Claude D. Ankney of Litchfield, Ohio, and Garrett L. Ankney of Brookline; a sister, Marie I. Ankney of Brookline; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Route 40, Beallsville, Pa., today from 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, January 14, until the Service (time will be announced).
