Jean Coburn Francis
Mrs. Jean C. (Coburn) Francis, age 86, of Alpharetta, Georgia, and a former resident of Uniontown, Pa., died Wednesday, January 1, 2003. She was born March 30, 1916 in Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Harold Coburn and Iona Walters Coburn.
Jean worked as a Cosmetic Consultant at Metzler’s Department Store in Uniontown for many years and was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, Uniontown.
Mrs. Francis was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Francis, daughter, Alberta Francis, son, Donald Francis, and parents.
She is survived by her three daughters: Susan Liston of Orlando, Florida, Rebecca Mortensen of Roswell, Georgia, and Eileen Hull of Richmond, Virginia; brothers: William F. Coburn of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Robert Coburn of Canonsburg, Pa.; 10 Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren.
Friends are invited to join Family for her Memorial Services which will be held Saturday, January 18, 2003 in the Chapel at the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC. AT SYLVAN HEIGHTS CEMETERY, 603 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pa.
