Alice Douthitt Burford
Alice Douthitt Burford, age 90, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2003 in her residence in Uniontown, Pa. She was born May 30, 1912 in York Run, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Theodore A. and Lulu (Cunningham) Douthitt.
She was a member of Central Christian Church in Uniontown and a retired School Teacher who taught in Dunbar Township and Connellsville Area schools.
Her husband, Henry I. Burford, two brothers, Robert C. and Theodore A. Douthitt, and parents preceded her in death.
All arrangements are private with interment in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, under direction of the JAMES D. BARNETT FUNERAL HOME, 196 West Main Street, Uniontown, Pa.
