Christopher Brian Quickle
Christopher Brian Quickle, age 27, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, a Chef at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Pa., from his graduation in 1995 from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, Pittsburgh, Pa., until April 2000 who had worked in each of their five restaurants including the prestigious “Golden Trout”, and more recently completed a brief tenure with The Summit Inn, Uniontown, Pa., and had graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1993, died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2003 in United Hospital Center, Clarksburg, after a five-year struggle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He is survived by his parents, Burrell J. and Helen L. (Biesczad) Quickle of Route 1, Locust Heights, Clarksburg, West Virginia; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Kimberly (Garber) Quickle of Reading, Pa.; sister and brother-in-law, Michele and John Paul Lawrie of Clarksburg, West Virginia; paternal grandmother, Mona Marie Quickle Linn of Clarksburg, West Virginia; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and his trusted canine companion, black lab “Zoie”.
The Family will receive Friends at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia, on Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, January 28, at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, East Pike Street, Clarksburg.
