Helen B. (Biondic) Rafter of Dale City, Virginia, and formerly of Brownsville, Pa., died Wednesday, January 22, 2003. Her parents, Mato Biondic and Katarina Guerniz Biondic, her husband, Thomas Rafter, a daughter, Lisa Rafter, a brother, Michael Biondic, and a great-grandson, Chase Dulla, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons: Richard Rafter and his wife, Sharon, of Dale City, Virginia, and Michael Rafter and his wife, Michelle, of Hagerstown, Maryland; six grandchildren: Alicia Rafter, Maureen Rafter, Tammy Dulla, Tina Kashmer, Vickie Collinsworth and Rosemary Heath; and five great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. where a Prayer Service will be held Monday, January 27, at 11:30 a.m.

Funeral Mass follows at 12 Noon in The Historic Church of St. Peter in Brownsville, Pa., with Rev. Fr. Richard Karenbauer as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
