Bernice Crable Arison
Bernice D. Crable Arison, age 82, of Toledo, Ohio, and formerly of Nemacolin, Pa., died Saturday, January 25, 2003 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, Ohio. She was born February 21, 1920 in Lemont Furnace, Pa., a daughter of Elsie and Anna Hoyack Crable.
On October 27, 1937 she married J. C. Arison. He died March 26, 1988.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Marie Sybert, Myrtle Butler, Helen Gittings, two brothers, Rudolph and Floyd Crable, and her parents.
Surviving are a son, Ronald “Tan” Arison of Chatsworth, California; a daughter, Wanda Carbe of Toledo, Ohio; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Donald Crable of California state; a sister, Betty Hutchinson of Bullhead City, Arizona; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.
A Committal Service will be held Wednesday, January 29, at 10 a.m. in Chapel of Memories Mausoleum at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa. The Rev. Harold O. Kelley will officiate.
