Martin A. Bojtos
Martin “Marty” A. Bojtos, age 49, of Washington, Pa., and formerly of Vestaburg, Pa., died Sunday, January 26, 2003 at 1:15 a.m. in Washington County Health Center, Washington, Pa., after a long illness. He was born February 28, 1953 in Brownsville, Pa., son of Michael Bojtos and Elizabeth Lacus Bojtos.
Mr. Bojtos was Catholic by faith.
“Marty” graduated from Brownsville High School and also Penn Commercial with a specialty in accounting.
He was employed by United States Steel Corporation’s Clairton Works.
Surviving are a daughter, Richelle Bojtos Popielarcheck and her husband, Jeremy Popielarcheck, and a granddaughter, Carley Rose Popielarcheck, all of Richeyville, Pa.; a brother, Michael Bojtos of Fairfax, Virginia; and two sisters: Mary McIntosh of Woodbridge, Virginia, and Elizabeth Cemal of Dale City, Virginia; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where a Prayer Service will be held Wednesday, January 29, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Paul Grunebach officiating.
Interment will follow in Fredericktown Cemetery.
