Ida S. Barron Hochberg
Ida S. Barron Hochberg of Lauderhill, Florida, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died on Monday, January 27, 2003. She was the beloved wife of the late William Barron and the late Hyman Hochberg.
She is survived by the following children, Myrna and husband Jerome Giannopoulos of Chalk Hill, Pa., Richard and wife Patricia Barron of Uniontown, Robert Barron of Uniontown and Stanley and wife Doreen Hochberg of Baldwin Harbor, N.Y.; grandchildren Melissa and husband Donald Glisan, Jerome and wife Patricia Giannopoulos, William Barron, Loren Hochberg Stadtmauer, Bradley Hochberg and Michelle Antonini; great-grandchildren, Donald Glisan Jr. and Nathaniel and Cora Giannopoulos; and cousins Goldie Olitzky and Ben Siegal.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Fineman, Ethel Pariser and Tilly Malyn.
Graveside services will be held today at 11 a.m., at the B’nai Israel Cemetery, Greensburg, Pa. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ida S. Hochberg Scholarship Fund c/o Edward Jones Investments, 8 Oliver Square, Suite 118, Uniontown, PA 15401, or the charity of one’s choice.
