Mary Carom Show
Mary L. Carom Show, age 84, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Friday, July 4, 2003 in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born February 14, 1919 in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of George Carom Sr. and Mary Manasa Carom.
Mary was a member of St. George Maronite Catholic Church in Uniontown.
She graduated from Uniontown Area High School Class of 1936 and also Mason Frederick Beauty School in 1938.
Her husband, Buckley D. Show, two brothers, George Carom Jr. and John Carom, two sisters, Jennie Crossland and Rose Dailey, sister-in-law, Mary Carom, and parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons: Joseph J. Barton and his wife, Jeanne, of Tampa, Florida, and Michael L. Show and his wife, Linda, of Uniontown, Pa.; six grandchildren: Nicole Barton, Joseph Barton Jr., Austin Barton, Michael Show, Leah Show and Jenna Show; a great granddaughter, Briana Walters; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC. AT SYLVAN HEIGHTS CEMETERY, A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today (Monday, July 7) until 8:30 a.m. when Prayers will be said.
Divine Liturgy follows at 9 a.m. in St. George Maronite Catholic Church, Lebanon Terrace, Uniontown, with Rev. Fr. Joseph David as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
Visitation was also held Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Rosary was recited in the Funeral Home on Sunday at 4 p.m.
Ginnaz Service was held in the Funeral Home Sunday evening at 8 p.m.
