ST. GEORGE MARONITE CATHOLIC CHURCH, Uniontown, Ladies Guild, is taking orders for Lebanese bread, lamb meat pies and spinach pies until Sunday by calling 724-438-0677. BELL TELEPHONE OPERATORS will hold a luncheon at Generations at 1 p.m. on Monday.
NOAH’S ARK of Fayette County Humane and Animal Protection Society will hold a dog wash on July 27 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participating are Your Pets of Uniontown and Bath & Doggy Works. Proceeds benefit the homeless animals at Noah’s Ark. For an appointment, call 724-439-8620. Costs are $20 for small dogs; $30 for large dogs.
GELET FAMILY REUNION will be held July 19 at Youngwood Park and Pool, Pavilion 1 from noon to dusk. Members are to bring covered dishes and desserts and items for crazy bingo and white elephant money wheel.
