Richard G. McDowell
Richard G. McDowell, 56, of Acme, Pa., and formerly of Ligonier, Pa., a Veteran of the United States Air Force and a Union Carpenter, who was born in Cook Township, Pa., died Friday, July 11, 2003 in his home. He is survived by his mother, Eva Erwin McDowell of Ligonier, Pa.; brothers: James M. McDowell and his wife, Shirley, of Greensburg, Pa., and Blaine G. McDowell of Ligonier, Pa.; sister, Melony Elise McDowell Pirl of Acme, Pa.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive Friends at the McCabe Funeral Home, 300 West Third Avenue, Derry, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday, July 14, until the Service at 11 a.m.
