Emily Rogula
Emily Rogula, 90, of Republic, Pa., passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2003, in Mount Macrina Manor, Uniontown. She was born Oct. 1, 1912, in Republic, a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Marinich Kolakovich.
Emily was a lifelong member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church of Republic.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steven W. Rogula, in 1993, and a brother, Steve Kolakovich in 1989.
Surviving are her Godchildren, Mary Catherine Kroll, Jean Oberly, Rich Oberly, Lisa Oberly and Raymond Argenti, all of Ohio, and her best friend, Martha Washnock of Brownsville, Pa.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, on Friday from 3 to 7 p.m., and Saturday until 9:30 a.m., when a Prayer Service will be held. A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m., in Holy Rosary Church, with the Rev. Fr. Stephen Bugay as celebrant. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Republic. A Parish Wake Service will be held on Friday at 6:30 p.m.
