Beatrice L. (Bennett) Johnson, age 80, of Allison, Pa., and formerly of Clarksville, Pa., passed away Saturday, July 19, 2003 in Brownsville General Hospital. She was born January 21, 1923 in Allison, Pa., daughter of John Albert Bennett and Inez Ruth Miller Bennett.

Beatrice was a friend of West Bend United Methodist Church, East Millsboro, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Dale Bennett in 1985, sons, Robert Dale Johnson in 1995 and William Johnson in infancy, sisters, Florence Keller and Eileen Ruth Bennett, a brother, Delmar Bennett, and parents.

Surviving are daughters: Sharon Hunter and husband, Robert, of Bowie, Maryland, Deborah Lanosz and husband, Michael, of Boonsboro, Maryland, and Susan Cromwell of Allison, Pa.; Grandchildren: Greg Lanosz and Sharon Lanosz; a Great Granddaughter, Carmen Lanosz; sisters: Thelma Jean Shipe and Audrey Marker both of Allison, Pa.; and a brother, William Bennett of Bethel Park, Pa.

Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday, July 21, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Pastor Michael Peton officiating.

Interment will follow in West Bend Cemetery, East Millsboro, Pa.
