Betty L. Carey Shultz, 61, of Leckrone, Pa., died Sunday, July 20, 2003 at 2:15 p.m. in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. She is survived by her mother, Mary Cary of Carmichaels, Pa., and her husband, Tony Shultz.

Arrangements, which have been entrusted to the John S. Maykuth Jr. Funeral Home, corner of Church on 7 River Avenue, Masontown, Pa., will be announced.
