Lewis Bryner Sr., 79, of Dunbar, Pa., died Friday, July 25, 2003 at home. He was born February 20, 1924 in Dunbar, Pa., son of Jacob Bryner and Elizabeth Taylor Bryner.

Lewis had been a Laborer at Anchor Hocking Glass Plant, South Connellsville, Pa.

His wife, Edna Faye Hughes Bryner, brothers, Thomas, Elliott, James and Henry Bryner, sister, Minnie Bryner Emilio, and parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by three children: Betty and husband Dennis Martin, Lemont Furnace, Pa., Cathy and husband Grayling Ribniscky, Dunbar, Pa., and Lewis Bryner Jr. and wife Terry, Uniontown, Pa.; sister, Sara Zerecheck and her husband, Eugene, West Leisenring, Pa.; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa., today (Monday, July 28) until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.

Interment will follow in Mount Auburn Cemetery, Dunbar, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to Westmoreland Hospice or American Heart Association.

Visitation was also held Sunday from 1 to 9 p.m.
