Dugan-Chipps
Mr. and Mrs. Terry Dugan of Blaine Avenue, McClellandtown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Dugan, to Edward Chipps III of Smithfield. The bride-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Albert Gallatin Area High School and a 2000 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed as a health for life specialist with the Albert Gallatin Area School District.
Her fiance’ is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Chipps Jr. of Tomcat Hollow Road, Smithfield. A 1998 graduate of Albert Gallatin Area High School, he is employed with Rider and Son Inc.
They will be married in a ceremony set for Aug. 9.
