Catherine Zahand Jamma
Catherine Zahand Jamma, 78, of Belle Vernon, Pa., died Sunday, June 1, 2003 in Brownsville, Pa., at the home of her niece, Jackie Synuria and husband, Paul. Born April 7, 1925 in West Brownsville, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Elizabeth Labin Zahand and Abraham Zahand.
Besides parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Michael Jamma, also brothers and sisters, Michael, Dea, Albert, George, Thomas, Alex, Abraham Jr., Lena and Julia Zahand, and Edna Hanna.
Numerous nieces and nephews survive her.
The Family will receive Friends in the CONFER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, June 3, from 10 until 11 a.m. A Blessing Service will then be conducted with Rev. Fr. John Kluchko of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon officiating.
Burial will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
