Ralph E. Falcone
Ralph E. Falcone, 88, of Lynchburg, Va., died Monday, May 12, 2003. Ralph was a veteran of World War II, having retired from the U.S. Navy with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He served in the Pacific aboard the Aircraft Carriers U.S.S. Yorktown and Enterprise. He received many awards and decorations.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Anita Gillo Falcone and two sons John and wife Anja Falcone and James and wife Liz Falcone; four granddaughters; brother and sisters, Genevieve Pratt, Yolanda Scorza, JoAnn Falcone and Herman Falcone and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Friday, May 16, 2003 in Lynchburg, Va.
