Raven Sohonage, a fifth-semester office administration major at Laurel Business Institute, was named May student of the month by the faculty and administration of the school. Sohonage, of Connellsville, is a member of Phi Beta Lambda and the Laurel Student Association and has been an honor guard at graduation and a student greeter and guide at orientations.
Additionally, Sohonage was in charge of recruiting Phi Beta Lambda students to help with the luncheon and the competition for the future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) regional conference in February. Sohonage interns at the school as the front desk executive assistant.
