Mike and Jan Niccols of Jeannette announce the engagement of their daughter, Juliann, to Edward Joseph of Monarch. The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Jeannette High School and is a student at West Virginia Career Institute.

Her fiance is the son of Elaine Joseph of Fairchance and the late Sylvester Joseph. He is a 1985 graduate of Fairchance-Georges High School and is employed by Gerome Manufacturing.

A spring 2004 wedding is being planned.
