Hazel Dingle Wible
Hazel L. “MiMi” Dingle Wible, age 75, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at her home with her loving family at her bedside. She was born in Brier Hill, Pa., on February 7, 1928, daughter of Thomas Dingle and Mary Ann Franks Dingle.
Hazel was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Wife of 50 years. She had a heart of gold and will be deeply missed by all who knew her!
She was a former employee of Kaufman’s and retired from Hess’s Department Store both in Uniontown.
Hazel was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Mesquite, Texas.
Her husband, Frederick A. Wible Jr., died December 29, 2001. Also deceased are five sisters, three brothers, and her parents.
Surviving are a daughter, Lee Ann and her husband, Robert Spellman, of Uniontown, Pa.; grandchildren who were the love of her life: Lauren Spellman, Jarred Spellman, R. J. Spellman, and adopted grandson, S. Zachary Grimm; her ever-faithful dog, Star; and her “Grandanimals”, Princess and Buster.
Also surviving are three sisters: Mary Ann Bolin of Brownsville, Pa., Delaine Edwards of California, Pa., and Ethel Dingle of Cleveland, Ohio.
Friends will be received in the JAMES D. BARNETT FUNERAL HOME, 196 West Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, June 14, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. with Dr. John K. Sharp officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
Visitation was also held Thursday from7 to 9 p.m.
