Grace L. Luckey
Grace L. Luckey, 88, of Connellsville, Pa., died Friday, June 13, 2003 in St. Margaret Memorial Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. She was born October 21, 1914 in Connellsville, Pa., daughter of Isaac H. Luckey and Alta Mills Luckey.
Grace was a graduate of Connellsville High School Class of 1932.
Prior to her retirement she worked as a Bell Telephone Operator for 35 years.
She was a member of Highland’s Hospital Auxiliary and also Connellsville Presbyterian Church and its Bible study group.
Four brothers, James, John, Charles and I. H. Luckey, two sisters, Mary Luckey and Mabel Luckey Shartzer, and parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by two brothers: Edgar Luckey and Fred Luckey and his wife, Corinne, all of Connellsville; sisters-in-law, Helen Luckey of Normalville, Pa., and Virginia Poiser of Scottdale, Pa.; also many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME INC., 418 North Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville, Pa., this evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 17, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Juengel officiating.
Interment will follow in Dickerson Run Cemetery.
