Mollie Dunn Giardini
Mollie Dunn Giardini, 94, of Uniontown, Pa., died Thursday morning, June 12, 2003 in the Uniontown Hospital.
She was born January 26, 1909 in Smithfield, Pa., daughter of Olivio Dunn and Sandra Serpento Dunn.
Mollie was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church and The Altar Society.
Her loving husband, Fred Giardini, beloved son, Dominick, son-in-law, Nick DiConcilis, brothers, John, Charles and Thomas Dunn, sisters, Evelyn Croftcheck and Rose Fantaro, and parents preceded her in death.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children: two daughters: Catherine “Toots” Maruca and husband, Frank, of Uniontown, JoAnn DiConcilis of Ohiopyle, Pa.; four sons: William Giardini and wife, Marlene, of Mentor Lake, Ohio, Lee Giardini and wife, Florence, of Roseville, Michigan, Fred Giardini and wife, Rachael, of Lyndhurst, Ohio, and Richard Giardini and wife, Melanie, of Prescott, Arizona; her daughter-in-law, Eva of Wickliffe, Ohio; two brothers: Dominick Dunn of Uniontown, Pa., and Albert Dunn of Silver Spring, Maryland; one sister, Wanda Dunn Hrin of Millersville, Maryland; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the STEPHEN E. KEZMARSKY III FUNERAL HOME AT 71 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, UNIONTOWN, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, June 16, until 9 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held.
A Mass of Christian Burial follows at 9:30 a.m. in St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church on Mill Street.
Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown.
The Altar Society will have Service in the Funeral Home today at 7:30 p.m.
Visitation was also held Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.
