ARD program
The following people have been admitted to Fayette County’s Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (AARD) program. Participation does not indicate an admission of guilt, and after the period given by the court is served, those admitted can petition to have their record expunged. ARD is generally for first time, non-violent offenders. Sentences involving driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) require a period of license forfeiture and all ARDs generally require a term of 50 hours of community service.
Timothy Clayton Layman, 24, of Normalville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Marlin Jay Hackney, 52, of Rices Landing was admitted to ARD for six months for making false statements to law enforcement authorities.
Stephen Claudius Mason, 56, of Hiller was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of drugs.
Branden Michael Stasko, 23, of Belle Vernon was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Ronald Lee Ulery, 53, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Brian Eugene Hodgkiss, 33, of Champion was admitted to ARD for six months for aggravated assault.
James Aaron Clark, 30, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Charles Dennis Dorr, 60, of Masontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Christine Renea Mounayar, 19, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for making false reports to law enforcement officials.
Robert Kyle Landman, 20, of Smithfield was admitted to ARD for six months for receiving stolen property.
Aaron Alan Flippen, 29, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for three months for possession of drugs.
Michael A. Dowden, 38, of Dunbar was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Dale Foster Crawford, 59, of Costa Rico was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Nicholas Joseph Norelli, 25, of Belle Vernon was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Thomas R. Burgess, 54, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for writing bad checks and ordered to make restitution of $288.46 to Charter Communications.
William Jack Thomas, 60, of Friendsville, Md., was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

George E. Huseman Jr., 24, of Carmichaels was admitted to ARD for six months for theft by deception and ordered to make restitution to Lowe’s of South Union, amount to be determined but which is estimated at $5,795.
Raymond Eugene Bryner, 34, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Shane Michael Fretts, 22, of Scottdale was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
Elwood N. Pritts, 30, of South Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for use and possession of drugs.
