Evelyn JenkinsHess Bazin
Evelyn Jenkins Hess Bazin, 84, of Monroeville, Pa., formerly of Gans, Pa., died Thursday, June 19, 2003 in Beverly HealthCare, Uniontown, Pa. She was born November 4, 1918 in Gans, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Homer Jenkins and Ethel Benson Jenkins.
Evelyn was a graduate of Western Pennsylvania School of the Deaf and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of the Deaf, Pittsburgh, Pa.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Harold Hess, her second husband, Peter Bazin Jr., and parents.
Surviving are one brother, Earl M. Jenkins and his wife, Eleanor, and one niece, Mrs. Wendell (Linda) Rockwell, all of Uniontown, Pa.; one nephew, Terrence Jenkins of Alexandria, Virginia; and two grandnieces and grandnephews.
The Family will receive Friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, June 23, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. Mark Rupert officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
