Lillian J.Kuklar Forsythe
Lillian J. Kuklar Forsythe, 69, a resident since 1965 of Nemacolin, Pa., loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister, who was born in Fairhope, Westmoreland County, Pa., and graduated in 1951 from Marion High School in Fairhope, died at 2:50 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2003 in her home. On June 28, 1952 in Cumberland, Maryland, she married John R. “Fuzzy” Forsythe, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters: Gloria J. Forsythe Konosky and Linda S. Forsythe Metz both of Nemacolin, Pa., and Cheryl A. Forsythe Wade and husband, Jacob Wade, of Oak Island, North Carolina; grandchildren: Eric Weston, Christine Konosky, Amy Jo Metz, Paige Ladisic; brothers: Kenneth Kuklar and wife, Yolanda, of Belle Vernon, Pa., and William Kuklar and wife, Carol, of Gulfport, Mississippi; sister, Victoria Kuklar Mesar and husband, David Mesar, of Vestaburg, Pa.; nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Route 88, Carmichaels, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, June 23, until the Services at 11 a.m.
