Muriel P. Elias
Muriel P. Elias, 78, of Brownsville, Pa., passed away in Orlando, Florida, Sunday, Sunday, June 22, 2003. She was born in Clarksville, Pa., on November 24, 1924 daughter of Carroll Raymond and Freda Carter Crawford Pearson.
Muriel was the former owner and operator of M & S Shoe Store in Brownsville for many years.
She was predeceased by her parents, her stepfather, Charles R. Crawford, husband, Alvin L. Elias, sister, Norma Fortuna, and brother, William Pearson.
She is survived by a son, Scott and his wife, Anna, and granddaughter, Kayla, all of Orlando, Florida; several nieces and nephews; and her cat, Kizmo.
Although Muriel will be sorely missed by all who knew her, she leaves a legacy of love and compassion!
The Family will receive Friends in the CONFER FUNERAL HOME, 515 Front Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where Services will be conducted Friday, June 27, 2003, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Tony Cataneo officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
Visitation was also held Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
