Robin Tracy Sakala of Baltimore, Md., and Lance Michael Brunton of Pittsburgh announce their engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Dan Sakala and Becky Spinella, both of Tarentum. She is a 1996 graduate of Burrell High School and a 2000 graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a dual bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education. She is a special education teacher with the Fullerton Elementary School in Baltimore.

Her fiance is the son of Michael and Sandra Brunton of Center Avenue, Uniontown.

He is a 1994 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and a 1998 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in bioengineering. He is a fourth-year medical student at the University Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

The wedding will take place May 31 at Nemacolin Woodlands.
