Janet Sturm Zelinsky, age 73, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Sunday, March 2, 2003 in Uniontown Hospital.

She was born April 24, 1929 in Hopwood, Pa., daughter of the late Charles and Lucy Williams Sturm. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley A. Zelinsky, brothers, William, Frank, Fred, and John Sturm, and sisters, Mary Riker, Delia Jeffries, Myrtle Thomas, Mildred Guthrie and Geraldine McDiffett.

Mrs. Zelinsky was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a son, James Zelinsky and wife, Maureen, and Grandson, Ethan Zelinsky, all of Frederick, Maryland; and a daughter, Jane Chmill and her husband, Albert, of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Funeral Services will be private. The Rev. Kenneth Jones will officiate.

Interment will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown.
