Paul M. Cerar
Paul M. Cerar, age 76, of Clarksville, Pa., retired Coal Miner from Republic Steel Corporation’s Clyde Mine in Fredericktown, Pa., Veteran of the United States Army who served during World War II, who was born in Snowden Township, Allegheny County, Pa., died Sunday, March 2, 2003 in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa. On May 15, 1948 he married Ida Mae Silbaugh Cerar, who survives. Also surviving are five beloved children: Paul M. Cerar Jr. of Waynesburg, Pa., Randy J. Cerar of Abingdon, Maryland, Donna M. Cerar Talerico of Upper St. Clair, Pittsburgh, Pa., Joy Cerar Shafer of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Terry Cerar Bobek of Wexford, Pa.; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters: Ann Cerar Snyder of Monroeville, Pa., and Alma Cerar LaFace of Orlando, Florida; and a brother, Joseph Cerar of LaBelle, Pa.
The Family will receive Friends in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Pa., Gregory P. Rohanna, Supervisor, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 5, until the Service at 10 a.m.
