ST. JOHN ALTAR SOCIETY of Perryopolis will serve fish sandwiches and side dishes every Friday during Lent, except for Good Friday. Orders may be placed by calling 724-797-1210 and picked up in the social center from noon to 6:30 p.m. Sandwiches are $3.50. Patrons are to bring their own containers for take-outs.
BROWNSVILLE ELKS 1344, 215 Water St., Brownsville, will hold a steak dinner from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Dinners include T-bone o Delmonico steak, baked potato, vegetable, salad and dessert. Price is $10 each. Take-out orders will be available. For more information, call 724-785-5015.
ST. THERESE ALTAR SOCIETY of Uniontown will hold its annual card party on April 3 at 7 p.m. in the Parish Center. Admission is $4.50. Tickets may be purchased by calling Sue Merryman at 724-438-0424 or by calling the rectory office. Door prizes, bake sale, and light snack will be featured.
FAYETTE COUNTY POMONA GRANGE 49 will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Franklin Grange for the quarterly meeting. Brian Bradshaw will speak on grange long-term care planning. Lunch will be a covered dish. Ham, rolls and beverage will be furnished.
