Mary Uswa Hanko, 84, of Crucible, Pa., who graduated from the former Cumberland Township High School in 1937, was a Housekeeper for several families in Greene County, and was born in Latrobe, Westmoreland County, Pa., died Tuesday, March 4, 2003 in her home. She is survived by a daughter, Joanne Hanko Fisher of Crucible; a son, John W. Hanko Jr. of Sycamore, Pa; grandchildren: Crystal Nighswander, Jason Hanko, Bridget Hanko, Joshua Hanko and Dawn Pell; three great grandsons; three great granddaughters; a sister, Margaret Uswa Grace of Cleveland, Ohio; and a brother, Andrew Uswa of Columbia, South Carolina.

The Family will receive Friends in the Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Pa., Gregory P. Rohanna, Supervisor, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 8, until the Service at 11 a.m.
