Elinor “Jane’ Dunaway
Elinor “Jane” Dunaway, 70, of Connellsville, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 7, 2003 from Mount Macrina Manor, Uniontown, Pa. She was born July 13, 1932 in Mount Independence, Pa., daughter of Eugene Dunaway and Mildred Shipley Dunaway.
“Jane” was a Homemaker and a member of Franklin Memorial United Methodist Church in Dunbar, Pa.
Her parents and four brothers, Robert, Richard, George and Gilbert Dunaway, preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son, Marc Holt and his wife Bobbi, Wellsville, Ohio; a sister, Betty Smitley and husband Charles, New Port Richey, Florida; brothers: Ray Dunaway and wife Marge, Mount Independence, Pa., and Harold “Sonny” Dunaway and wife Betty, Dunbar, Pa.; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and special cousins: Earl and Nora Lancaster and Charles “Butch” Martin all of Dunbar.
Friends will be received in the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa., on Monday, March 10, from 9 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11 a.m.
A Committal Service follows in Percy Cemetery with the Rev. Jeffrey Popson officiating.
