Norman L. Pauley
Norman L. Pauley, age 75, of Bobtown, Pa., passed away Saturday, March 8, 2003 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born December 11, 1927 in Huntington, West Virginia, son of Shelva Pauley and Goldie Marie Cline Pauley.
Norman was a member of House of Praise Church in Taylortown, Pa.
He was also an avid fisherman and guitar player.
His daughter, Rita Pauley Franks, died June 14, 2001. Also deceased are two brothers, Arnold Pauley and Clyde Pauley, and his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Pauley; two daughters: Anita Kay Flanery and her husband, Mike, of Spraggs, Pa., and Ann Marie “Emmy” Carey and her husband, James, of Davistown, Pa.; four sons: Darrell “Butch” Pauley of Lorain, Ohio, Frank Pauley and his wife, Linda, of Waynesburg, Pa., Randy W. Pauley of Vermillion, Ohio, and Kevin R. Pauley of Bobtown, Pa.; 28 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three sisters: Arbutus “Bottie” Bunt of Vermillion, Ohio, Annabelle Rose Culloden of West Virginia, and Geraldine Chauncey of Roanoke, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the LOUIS E. RUDOLPH FUNERAL HOME, 15 Main Street, Point Marion, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 12, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rev. Mike Brown officiating.
Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion, Pa.
