Dolores E. Swaney
Dolores E. Glover Swaney, 61, of York Run, Fayette County, Pa., died Sunday evening, March 9, 2003, at her residence. She was born July 26, 1941, in Adah, Pa., daughter of the late Orville Glover Sr., and Hannah Brady Glover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, six sisters, one grandchild and three great grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Orren T. Swaney Sr.; eight children: Orren T. Swaney Jr. and wife Loraina, Uniontown, Pa., Bonnie A. Swaney Volek, Morgantown, West Virginia, Mary L. Swaney Dean and husband Wayne Dean, Morgantown, West Virginia, Karen S. Swaney Campbell and husband Larry Campbell, Fairchance, Pa., Trelea M. Swaney Huseman and husband Charles Huseman, Fairchance, Pa., Michelle R. Swaney, Farmington, Pa., Michael P. Swaney, Uniontown, Pa., and Peggy S. Swaney Venick and husband John Venick, Fairchance, Pa.; 22 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and her sister, Shirley Glover, German Township, Fayette County, Pa.
The family received friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church St., Fairchance, Pa., on Tuesday, March 11, 2003, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and will receive friends today, in the funeral home, until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Donald J. Immel officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
