L. Paul Silbaugh, passed away, Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003, at the Eicher Personal Care Home, Normalville. Surviving are two sisters, Mary Bell Tressler and Margaret Carter, both of Uniontown, Pa.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 14, 2003 at 1 p.m., at the Third Presbyterian Church, Uniontown.

Interment will be in the East Lawn Sierra Hills Memorial Park, Sacremento, California..
