Police filed charges of harassment against William S. Patrick, of Fairbank, after he allegedly assaulted a woman known to him.

Items stolen/damaged

State police said someone pried open a door with a blunt object Saturday at Packaging Services Inc., Connellsville, and took five drills, an impact tool, two saws, two grinders, a jig saw, soldering iron, an undetermined amount of cash, and damaged four vending machines.

One-vehicle accident

State police said Gregory Gallentine of Connellsville lost control of his vehicle Sunday on Route 201, struck an embankment, rolled over and ended up on the left side.

ATV stolen

State police said a shed was broken to and an ATV was stolen Monday from a shed owned by Jeffrey Nussbaumer of Connellsville. Anyone with information is asked to call the state police at 724-439-7111.

Money taken

State police said someone entered Ronald E. Haywood’s Point Marion home and took $500 Friday.

Grass damaged

James Pilato and Diane Coligan of Englishman Hill and Breakiron Road told police Saturday that someone drove through their yards and caused damage to their grass.

Crash reported

State police said Nikole Ross, 31, slid on ice March 3 on Route 166 and 2000 Subaru rolled over.

Three cited

State police cited Charles Shriver, 31, Jessica Patterson, 18 and a female juvenile, all of Waynesburg, March 5 for creating a disturbance and shouting obscenities on the corner of 3rd and Buchanan streets.

Gasoline stolen

According to state police, an unidentified white woman in a black Geo Tracker pumped an undetermined amount of gas at Sheetz on Route 21 at School House Road, on March 6 and left without paying.

Motor oil taken

State police said someone entered a storage trailer parked at RAG Corp. entrance portal on Route 119 sometime between March 4 and 5 and removed two cases of motor oil valued at $40. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.

Vehicle stolen

Gregory L. Short of Reedsville, W.Va., told state police that someone took his white 1988 Subaru hatchback with registration DDK326 on March 9 while the vehicle was parked in the Sheetz parking lot in Franklin Township. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.

Cigarettes stolen

State police said someone threw a building block through the front window of the Jefferson Market on Route 188 on March 9 and took several cartons of cigarettes.

Gasoline stolen

State police said someone drove off without paying for $10 worth of gasoline March 7 from Sheetz in Pasley.

Crash reported

State police said Marylisa Dohanich of Carmichaels was rounding a bend along Route 188 on March 6 when she hit an ice patch and lost control of her vehicle. Police said the vehicle hit an embankment and rolled over onto its roof. Dohanich was transported to Greene County Memorial Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries, according to police.

City police said they stopped David Emery, 20, of Lemont Furnace at the intersection of routes 40 and 119 Sunday at 5:56 p.m. and cited him for driving with a suspended license.

Vehicle hits pole

City police said a red Dodge Caravan cut a utility pole in half at 101 W. Berkley St. early Sunday morning. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, according to police.

Police found a water main break on at 69 S. Mt. Vernon Ave. Monday and notified Fayette County 911.

Brandy DeLorenzo, no age or address given, told police that someone took her purse while she was working Monday at 107 S. Beeson Blvd.

Bikes stolen

Richard Debo of 192 S. Beeson Blvd. told police that some entered his garage over the weekend and took two mountain bikes valued at about $400.

Man injured

Constable and code-enforcement officer Joseph B. Marshall was injured Tuesday when he fell through the floor of a burned-out structure he was inspecting on River Avenue. A township spokeswoman said that Marshall was inspecting the home, which was destroyed by fire about a year ago, when he fell through the floor.

She said Marshall was rescued by the Adah Volunteer Fire Department and transported to Uniontown Hospital after for treatment. A hospital spokeswoman said Marshall was treated and released.
