Terry T. Martina
Terry T. Martina, 50, of Grindstone, Pa., died Thursday, March 13, 2003, at his home.
He was born Sept. 22, 1952, in Brownsville, Pa., son of Elizabeth Mare Baron Martina of Crescent Heights, Pa., and the late James Martina.
He was a member of the Historic Church of St. Peter’s of Brownsville, Pa., and the Greater Uniontown Chorale.
He graduated from California High School, Class of 1970, and California State College in 1974, and was an Alumni of Theta Xi Fraternity.
He was employed in PNC Financial Services, having offices in Uniontown, Connellsville, and Rostraver.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Michele Matanin Martina; a son, Shawn Martina of Pittsburgh, and his fianc?, Danae Brentzel of Jeanette, Pa.; a daughter, Kristin Martina of California, Pa.; a brother, Gerald Martina and his wife, Lynne of Cherry Hill, N.J.; his father and mother-in-law, Andrew and Veronica Matanin of Grindstone, Pa.; a special Godson, Brian Romano of Stroudsburg, Pa.; beloved Dog and best Friend, Dylan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Pa., on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where a prayer service will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., in the Historic Church of St. Peter’s, with the Rev. Fr. Vincent Gigliotti as celebrant. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Historic Church of St. Peter’s of Brownsville, Pa.
